Information We Collect
Right now, this site collects one thing directly from you:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist through any "Claim My Spot" form on this site.
Our hosting provider may also automatically log basic technical information common to almost any website visit (such as browser type, approximate location from IP address, and pages viewed) for security and performance purposes. We don't currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the email address you give us to:
- Notify you when Bald Bois launches and when your box ships
- Send occasional updates about the brand, community events, and offers
- Respond if you contact us directly
We will never sell your email address to third parties. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Third-Party Services
Waitlist signups are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, before landing in our inbox. Formspree processes that data under its own privacy policy, linked above.
Cookies & Local Storage
This site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect that before doing so.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list or a Bald Bois box. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address below — or simply unsubscribe from any email we send you.
Children's Privacy
Bald Bois is intended for adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

As Bald Bois grows — say, once we launch real checkout or add analytics — this policy will be updated to reflect that, with a new "last updated" date above.
